UJA-Federation of New York’s Westchester Wall Street Division hosted its second Westchester Fireside Chat with H. Rodgin Cohen as guest speaker. The event took place at the home of Shari and Jeff Aronson in Harrison on Monday, June 7, 2010.
Created in partnership with UJA-Federation’s Manhattan Wall Street & Financial Services Division, Westchester Wall Street is designed to bring together influential individuals from the financial arena and provide them with an opportunity to hear from leading speakers in the field.
At the event, H. Rodgin Cohen, partner and senior chairman at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, addressed the group. The primary focus of Cohen’s practice is regulatory, acquisition, corporate governance, and securities law matters for major banking and other financial institutions and their trade associations. He has acted in most of the major U.S. bank acquisitions and recent government-sponsored and capital-raising efforts and provides corporate governance advice to a large number of financial and non-financial institutions.
Attendees also heard from Wayne Goldstein, UJA-Federation’s Westchester regional chair, who provided an update on the organization and its activities.
